How to Shutdown your Friend’s Computer through LAN

Hi Guys, this is another interesting trick through which you can shutdown or restart your friend’s computer over the LAN. Now you prank with your friends in schools and colleges. Using this trick Network Administrator can remotely control the system on the network.

Just follow the steps:

• First you find the IP Address of the system which you want to shutdown or restart.
• Then open Command Prompt.
• Steps for opening the Command Prompt:
• Click on Start and type CMD or click on Start, go to Accessories and Click on Command Prompt.
• And type shutdown –i and press enter.
• This will open a new window like below image.

• You can add manually the computer you want to shutdown or restart or browse and add them. Click the browse button and add the computers you want to shutdown.
• You can set time also for shutdown.
• And you can also set message that will be displayed to your friend system before shutdown.
