Internet Download Manager is best download manager for all time. It is a tool to increase download speeds by up to 5 times, resume and schedule downloads. After download install IDM via idman614b2.exe, Exit it from tray and then open patch .exe and click on patch and browse to IDMan.exe from c/Program Files/Internet Download Manager.
