Think when one of your friend checks your system and he/she will be shocked by seeing your latest version processor and he/she asked you when you upgrade your processor. But still now you use old processor.

How to do it?

Just follow the below steps.
  • Go to Start and type regedit.
  • Registry Editor Window will open. In left pane expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
  • Now expand DESCRIPTION after that expand System and CentralProcessor.
  • Click on 0 (Zero) and go to ProcessorNameString on right side pane and double click on it.
  • In Value data option write anything that you want, before change it, copy it first and save it somewhere to reverts the default one.
